1) How do I contact you?

2) What is EST time?

EST time means Eastern Standard Time. Please refer to clock above for our current time.


3) How do I place an order?

You can place an order by phone at 1-888-926-4363, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. or by using our contact us page to send us an email.


4) What currency are the prices displayed in?

All our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.


5) What method of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA credit card only, Canadian and American postal money orders, bank money orders, and for foreign orders - certified cheques. There is a delay of 5 to 30 days for processing cheques.


6) What currency is my payment made in and how does the exchange rate work?

All orders must be paid in Canadian funds. If you are paying with your credit card, your provider will determine the rate of exchange for the day that it is processed. This information will appear on your statement when you receive it. If you are paying by money order, the institution that you are dealing with will work out the rate of exchange for you.


7) Who do I make my money order or cheque payable to?

All money orders and cheques must be made payable to LA BOHEME remembering that they also must be made payable in Canadian funds.


8) What are the shipping costs?

All shipping fees are F.O.B. Clarenceville, Quebec. The fees are calculated based on the DESTINATION, SIZE, WEIGHT of parcel and the DELIVERY TIME that is requested. Any one or all of these can drastically change the shipping cost of your order.


9) Where will you ship to?

We ship throughout the world PREPAID. However there are some restrictions depending on which country you are ordering from, so it is best to check with your own country first before ordering.


10) Where do you ship from?

We ship from our boutique in Clarenceville, Quebec.


11) I do not live in Canada. Will I have to pay duties on my order?

It is best to first check with your own country about the duty and tax laws that will apply to you. This way you will avoid any surprise fees.


12) Does La Boheme Crafts have a return policy?

Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization. Any claim for refund MUST be made within 5 days of receipt and WILL NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF SHIPPING. Any returns that have been agreed upon MUST be returned in the original packaging.
